This page lays out who we are, the real risks of crypto trading, how the money flows between us and Binance, and where responsibility sits if you act on something you read here.

  • Futures and leveraged products can wipe an account out in minutes.
  • Tokens can go to zero through rug pulls, exploits, or regulatory delisting.
  • Withdrawals to the wrong chain or address are unrecoverable.

1. Who we are

Crypto Navigator (byn111.com) is an independent crypto education and information site run by a small editorial team (pen names; see About).

We are not Binance, a Binance subsidiary, a Binance authorized agent, or a Binance support channel. The Binance name and trademarks are used here for factual identification only and remain the property of Binance Holdings Ltd.

For Binance official support, use the help center linked from binance.com. We cannot help with account operations.

2. Nature of the content

Everything on this site is educational and informational. It is not:

  • investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio guidance;
  • legal, compliance, or tax advice;
  • a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or swap any specific crypto asset;
  • any guarantee of future prices, returns, or risk levels.

Fees, rules, and regional availability quoted on the site carry a "verified on" date. Exchange policies change at any time. What you actually see in your own account and on Binance's official pages takes precedence.

3. Full affiliate disclosure

  • Relationship: commercial promotion agreement. We send traffic and educational content; Binance compensates us.
  • Referral code: BN16188. Every Binance signup link on this site carries this code.
  • How we get paid: when a reader registers via our link and trades, Binance pays us a promotion service fee. The fee is paid by Binance and does not increase your cost.
  • Commission rate: set by Binance's affiliate program and subject to change. We do not publish a specific number (and therefore cannot promise readers a specific discount).
  • Eligibility limits: the actual fee rebate from code BN16188 is determined unilaterally by Binance and shown at registration. We do not promise, guarantee, or endorse a specific rebate.

4. Your responsibilities

When you use information from this site, you are responsible for:

  • Checking local law. Crypto is restricted or banned in jurisdictions including mainland China, India, Algeria, Bangladesh, and others. You must verify your own legal status.
  • Checking exchange availability. Binance has differentiated service or geofencing in the US, UK, Singapore, and elsewhere. Use the date stamp on our pages, then verify on Binance directly.
  • Verifying the official domain. Check the URL bar and SSL certificate before entering anything on binance.com. We are not responsible for phishing sites or fake apps.
  • Account security. Enable 2FA, manage API key permissions carefully, keep your seed phrase offline. We never ask for any of these.
  • Loss tolerance. Confirm you can absorb a total loss before funding any account.

5. Our liability boundary

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Crypto Navigator and its editorial team are not liable, directly or indirectly, for:

  • investment decisions made by readers based on our content and any resulting losses;
  • any trading activity on the Binance platform after a user clicks through an affiliate link;
  • misunderstandings caused by Binance policy changes that outdate our pages;
  • content, services, or security issues on third-party sites we link to;
  • legal consequences from using crypto services in violation of local law.
